"Horrible Customer Service and Product
Two hours of my time I will NEVER get back! Sadly, I have been a customer for over 16 years... No longer!

"To be clear, this review is for WHBM's return process in the pandemic period. I have been buying everything from online since the virus started just like most of the people. In the10 mon experience, WHBM is the worst and it is so dramatic in terms of return process. In about 10 returns, there was only one time I was lucky that the return was processed in less than 2 weeks. all the rest were around 1.5 mon to over 2 mons, or until the package was totally lost (all with a tracking #!). The failure rate is like 90+%.
I don't have such a bad experience with any other retailers. So you can't tell me it is just the pandemic. Pandemic doesn't make you to be messy in terms tracking the package. It doesn't let you send the package around the country before it hits the right return warehouse, or let the reps tell me "I don't know where your package is. You'd have to wait for 9 weeks before we know". While USPS says WHBM uses their own agent so they know nothing about the status, the WHBM reps told me they use USPS as transportation agent as well. Give me a break!
I had stopped buying from WHBM but am still buying a little when there is a deal. While I like their products, I hate their return hassles. Totally unacceptable! If the company keeps on letting their return process in this way, they can't survive too long.
