"Their online ordering + in-store pickup experience is rough. I placed an order online and was sent an email specifically asking me not to come pick up in the store until I received another email confirmation that the order was ready (due to covid precautions). I never received the second email. I contacted customer service twice - the first time they told me the order was processing (about a week after I placed it) and that I would be contacted soon. Another few days went by and nothing, so I contacted customer service again and this time they told me my order was canceled because I never picked it up. I told them I didn't receive the second email, and this rep told me that "there is no second email - as soon as the order is placed the item should've been available for pickup in the store." I ended up going to the store to get the item, which turned out to be so low quality that I didn't even buy it and got something better for half the price at another store across the street. The only good part of this experience is that they don't charge you when you place the order, only when you pick up, so I didn't have to deal with the hassle of a refund. "

Unfortunately, I did not keep anything besides the petite pants. I am 5'1 and weight 115lbs. The short pants where baggy and lose. I did returned at my local store only because the company charges seven dollars to ship things back. So I returned and had no issues with returning. "
