I finally got a more definitive answer when I called yet a third time on October 29th: not only are the jeans in process, but they are on “back order” and should now arrive before November 28th!?? 2 months waiting for a product I already paid for and it was my follow up calls that finally got me this answer. I ordered online mostly for the selection! But what kind of selection is there waiting for two months. This is very disappointing."
