"I would give BHWM 5 stars were it not for the problems trying to set up an account and access my previous orders. Any retailer I use allows you to set up an account, review orders, and process returns via their website, however, when I created my account on WHBM, it never seems to have "taken". There is no record of my account or password and I made several attempts. When I enter order numbers from the packing slip, it says not found. So basically there is no way for me to access any order information via their website. The USPS return slips that come in the box never scan properly at the post office either, which means they cannot track my package. So, no access to my orders online and no tracking information available from the post office... this all leaves you pretty unprotected should a return go missing. I would expect a lot more from a company like this. They really need to invest in a better customer service experience."
