"After I ordered the replacement part, Whole Latte Support sent me a "How to Do It" video. It was expressed that it was an unedited version and so it was not available yet online. This video answered the first four questions I had about how to disassemble the unit and seven other questions I would have discovered in the process. It saved me several "I know how to do that better next time." experiences. After watching the videos only twice I was able to replace the part in less than twenty minutes without further review or other material. This is how things should happen.
