"I ordered a Gorilla Great Skye II TS Wooden Swing Set from WilyGoat.com in Septemeber 2015 at a $400 discount compared to every other seller I could find on the internet. WillyGoat had the product in stock and it shipped the next day and arrived at the house within five days of placing the order. There where no missing pieces and there were no damaged parts. It did require many hours and lots of caffinated drink to assemble the playset but the product turned out great. This was one of the best high priced internet purchases I have made at the lowest price I could find with excellent quick and complete service, period. "

They took partial payments on our credit card with out permission and charged $100 per day! When I told them I wanted to cancel the order they did not try to work with me at all, they said I would owe the shipping both ways even though the payment was never authorized. "I ordered a Pecos maple king size bed frame made by Rambling wood from willygoat. They shipped about 2 weeks after my order - but they informed of the ship date and shipped two days earlier. The bed frame is high quality - made in USA - I had to use duct tape on the surfaces touching each other so they would not squeak, but now - no squeaks at all. Shipping was a bit expensive but the total cost was the lowest."

"VERY disappointed in WillyGoat as a vendor. I bought an umbrella and they accepted the order, charged my credit card, and then four days later they called me to tell me that the umbrella was out of stock and they would not get more for a month.

In this day and age with computers to control inventory, I think that it is unconscionable for a company to charge a credit card and only then determine that something is not in stock."

"I ordered a wooden swing set on 7/2. It was shipped that night and delivered by motor freight in 4 days. The order went very smooth, extremely fast shipping, and received in good condition with nothing missing or damaged. "

"Very disappointing. I tried to purchase a Shelti 315 foosball table - $847, including shipping. A couple of days later they called me to tell me the table was no longer available and that they would offer me $50 off the "replacement" table, the Shelti Pro Foos 1. It is a very nice table (and probably better than the one I bought), but it cost $1099 (which they failed to mention in their e-mail message to me). Their cost on the table was $612 (they mistakenly included this in their message to me), but the lowest they would go on the price was $999. In my opinion, a merchant should offer a free upgrade if they make a mistake, particularly if they are not going to be losing money on the deal, not expect the customer to pay an extra $152. I wouldn't go so far as to say this is a bait-and-switch situation, but something sure stinks."

"I orderd an audio stand from WillyGoat. The order trackin on the web site still showed it as in processing a week later, but it had actually been shipped and arrived promptly. The box and styrofoam were not in the best shape when it arrived, but I would attribute that to the shipper. There were a few parts missing, but when I contacted WillyGoat, they quickly contacted the manufacturer and had the parts shipped to me. They also left me a voice mail to let me know what was going on. I was quite pleased with the service."

"Purchased a very expensive wood swing set, paid a lot of money for shipping. The item arrived with damaged wood and missing parts. Phone calls resulted in lots of apologies and limited resolutions. The swings are a b'day gift ordered in time to assemble and have ready but now they will not be and I am disappointed in the lack of service - which they advertise to be excellent and the lack of assistance, resolution or anything substanial. All it would have required was someone putting hardward in the overnight express and everyone would have been happy. Now I want to be sure people don't experience what we did and spend their money here. There has to be better resources than Willygoat. I am certain there is better customer service somewhere else. "

"I ordered an indoor fountain on 12/19/05. It was cheaply made and returned immediately. UPS tracking confirmed that return was received and signed for 1/05/06. I had to call several times and get VISA involved before they would issue a refund -- for only $30 on a $54 item.
