"I ordered some items for a PC build. The order was easy and smooth. I liked that their shipping charges are quite resonable and only reflect their costs.

The items I ordered included some round IDE cables. These turned out to have bad pull cords (rather than pull tabs the most use) and broke when used in a tight socket. I got an RMA (took a few days to get the number though) and sent them back. They credited the full amount back to my card with no hassle. In fact, they say that they do not have a restocking fee on returns under a certain dollar amout.

So I was very happy with the process since returns is where so many companies let you down. Even Newegg is not so easy to do business with.
