"My experience was not pleasant. My order was placed on hold due to color n/a. I was not notified. I had to inquire about the lack of delivery. I had paid next day shipping. I received my order four days later. Also I am being charged an activation fee. Originally I was told it would be waved. "
"Ordering the phones online was easy, it was after the fact that we suddenly ran into problems. Wirefly apparently sets activation dates for the phones, which in and of itself would have been a problem for us since the people receiving the phones are not all in the same place or even close to it, but apparently in this case they set the activation time for the very same day, because not even two hours after getting the order verified through our carrier were our current phones - the ones being replaced when the new phones eventually arrive and I can send them to the right people - COMPLETELY disconnected from our service.
This is a HUGE issue because two of the phone recipients travel for their job, with their phones being their only way of contacting ANYONE. Our carrier fixed the issue very quickly and they were just as shocked by the action as I was, but any and every attempt I made at contacting Wirefly was met with either being returned to the Wirefly website and unable to chat with anyone through any visible link, or an automated service telling me they would try to connect me to a live individual, but every time I gave them the phone number associated with the order so they could "better assist me", it simply told me the status of my order and then hung up on me.
EDIT: Since leaving this review less than 24 hours ago, we have been contacted by a very kind and incredibly apologetic supervisor. He was adamant that it never, EVER should have happened, as we knew, and he has done everything he can to make sure we are much more satisfied than before. This is a VERY encouraging outcome, and while the initial inability to contact anyone about the issue is a disappointment, the general opinion of Wirefly is now much better now than it was before! It is always great to know a company does truly want to take care of their customers."

"Wirefly has some of the best prices anywhere. My only complaint is that they use Fedex Smartpost, which is the worst shipping service known to mankind. Nine days for my phone to travel less than 200 miles, pathetic. I'd rather they just use USPS if they are going to go that route. I placed my order on July 2nd, and it's projected to reach me on the 11th, from MD to PA, less than 200 miles."
