"This was my first order and I think this is going to be a great company"

"As of 7/13/13 I'm changing my review. I replied to an email asking for my post below to be remove; it wasn't, so I'm re-posting now: Hi, I am asking you to kindly remove this my comment that I made on Wirefly's behalf. Due to the fact that I called a couple of days ago, not realizing the 14 days were up. I noticed (on the same day of calling) that there were scratches on the bottom of my screen on my phone, along with a small niche. I only noticed this just now because I use a stylus pen so I didn't have to clean it often. I was cleaning my tablet screen and I thought I would clean my phone screen as well. Tried to explain to the representative this same thing. But I was told the 14 days were up and I could call Sprint or contact Samsung.

But the thing that really got to me was this. The representative suggesting that I done the little damage with the stylus pen. My response was, I am very particular with my phone! Of course I would be when I just shelled out $219 for it. With the niche, it had to be made that way; and the scratches were already there, I just didn't see them there to begin with because I was just so excited to have a brand new working phone.

Representative was very helpful with helping me to get my phone. The price was way much lower than Sprint, which is my carrier. I received my Galaxy S4 phone two days later after placing my order. Although there was a little issue of contacting Sprint, which I had to do a three-way call to prove I did not have an outstanding balance-the Sprint rep verified this information. I am very satisfied with Wirefly's services!

All in all, I would recommend the site, so long as you don't mind having to work a bit for your discount."
