"Overall my experience was positive with Wirefly. I only have to areas of improvement and those are: too pushy on selling accessories. If a customer says no to accessories twice; they should not be asked any more times than that… twice is enough. The other improvement area is while returning a cell phone the return shipping should be a quicker method. It took about a week for the cell phone to reach its return destination. I could’ve easily found another phone at a local merchant during that time which will result in lost business for Wirefly. When I received the item it was in a big box, bouncing around in the box.
