"First of all I must say that I was very leery of getting all (3) of our phones upgraded on our Verizon Wireless plan through Wirefly. I had no previous dealings with them so I did quite a bit of research before making the decision to take the plunge and see if they could live up to their guaranteed satisfaction claim.The #1 motivation of course for trying Wirefly was the HUGE savings compared to the prices that Verizon was asking.
My biggest hurdle when ordering our phones on the Wirefly website I believe was my unfamiliarity of their ordering process. I kept trying to add one phone at a time, which after a day or two of frustration I finally figured out what I was doing wrong!
If you have a plan that has more than one phone and you are going to upgrade more than one phone choose the number of phones you are going to upgrade on the initial ordering page. It will show the same phone that you choose to upgrade to on however many lines you are upgrading. Once you have your initial phone plan details filled out move on to the next line and select change phone to the model that you wish to upgrade that phone to, and then the next and so on.
I ordered the phones on New Years day and the communication from the time the order was placed to the time that they were delivered to our door was excellent and within minutes of the estimated time of arrival.
To sum up I am extremely pleased with my Wirefly experience and will continue to use their services in the future as well as recommend them to family and friends."
