"Previously I had posted a negative review for the company because they had sold me a phone that they did not physically have. Since then the company has contacted me and resolved the issue. I don't know if they company has resolved its policy on selling phones they dont physically have, however their customer service was very good and personally called me to apologize and remedy the situation. I have since receiving my phone in good working condition and updated my review to reflect my current view on the whole process of ordering from wirefly. "

"The phones are great, shipping was fast, but have had a couple of issues. First of all, they left an SD card out of my order, but I called them and they sent it out immediately. Secondly, my wireless plan with Verizon was not set up properly. I had to call Wirefly twice and Verizon once to get it sorted out. Finally, my suggestion is to order the phones online - it was much faster and easier."
"Ordering from Wirefly was easy via the internet. The deal I received was a good one. I appreciate Wirefly's email reminder system for when one is ready for an upgrade.
The only issue I had was with shipping. I wanted to change my shipping address with plenty of time for this to be done. When I contacted FedEx they told me I would need to contact the shipper-Wirefly. I then contacted Wirefly and was told they could not do this. With one of the major delivery companies it is quite easy to change a shipping address...the one Wirefly ships with doesn't do it so it would be helpful if Wirefly could assist in this process instead of trying to sell me more items when I call for assistance.
Overall I am pleased with my purchase and the follow-up email with the tracking number."
"Great pricing on phones however, I wasn't happy with the way it was shipped (no signature needed so just left) plus Wirefly deactivated my current phone before I even received the new one, much less activated it. I couldn't figure out why I couldn't make calls until I called my carrier. Verizon says that Wirefly isn't supposed to do that. I haven't even seen the phone yet, not real happy with the service so far, except for price and it was shipped quickly."
