When I took the box to the UPS I had to pay $18.00 to return. Although supposedly my entire money will be returned - I haven't had that happen yet. I was THOROUGHLY UNSATISFIED"

"We were told our order would ship a couple days after it was processed. My husband called about a week later and they said they were shipping it the following morning. Not sure why it was delayed since they initially told us it would be shipped shortly after ordering. We still don't have the product yet so I can not comment on how well its working."
