I called the help desk asking about the rest of the order. 5-7 business day to fill an order is a little long, plus adding additional 5-7 business day for shipping puts the actual receipt of the parts over 2 weeks. Going back over the website it did mention the actual length of time, but I think this could be explained a little better up front for those who require a quicker turnaround "

"We were told our order would ship a couple days after it was processed. My husband called about a week later and they said they were shipping it the following morning. Not sure why it was delayed since they initially told us it would be shipped shortly after ordering. We still don't have the product yet so I can not comment on how well its working."
