"The product was delivered to my home badly damaged. I called Woodland and they will be sending me a new fire pit pan. I have a close time period to work with installing the fire pit, and the materials inside the box should have been shipped and wraped properly so the items wouldn't touch each other. Now I have to wait for a replacement pan to be shipped and this delay has had a major impact to my project. Woodland should have shipped express Ups or fex x. The product should have been wrapped for protection. No partial refund of product was ever offered for delay of project. Now, it is highly probable that the fire pit instal will not be complete prior to large event due to lack of attention of care in shipping. Not happy. Low NPS score. "
