Have received lots of apologies, which appear to the their way of mistaking activity for accomplishment. Still no merchandise and still no credit of $199 as promised. Think hard about using this company. They are flakes !

"Overall my experience was reasonably satisfactory. There was a frustrating and disconcerting problem with their Canadian EASY SHIP option which initially resulted in my refusing delivery due to unexpected and excessive additional costs. However, when I called customer service they dealt with the issue in a more than satisfactory way. Apparently the problem was due to a website issue. Having said that, had the EASY SHIP cost been equal to the additional charges from Fedex, it would not have been worthwhile to purchase the item from this vendor. Spending money for Fedex brokerage fees on what I believe to be a duty free item simply makes no sense for a Canadian buyer. As a result, most of my survey answers will be "I don't know," as I have no real idea of what a "normal" cost and shipping might have been had the system worked."
