"Last year I purchased a large chimney shroud from them. It was professionally installed but after a recent storm it came off in 70mph wind gusts (sally). The 16 lag bolts holding it to the chimney remained but the two little screws they use in each factory installed corner could not. When it wasbrought to the attention of the staff I was told it could not hold up to such high winds. I wish they would have told me that first. So much for USA quality and the zero warranty..
