"Received my LG 42" TV in a reasonable time period, but it was short a component to attach the stand. I've purchased at least 20 times from Woot with no issues. This is the first time I've used customer service. They are not good. You can't call, only email access. Follow up has been terrible. It' been ten days since I complained about the lack of the part. I still have no Idea if a part has or will ship. The TV works fine....if you don't mind that it is leaned up against a wall."

My last purchase was a Kodak AIO printer that totally disappointed me.
The printer came in to be broken on scanner glass when I opened the box. I sent pictures within a few hours from the time I received the box. Since then, I have not received any emails or customer support emails. It is like I am on my own with a broken , literally broken printer, on my hands. I do not know what to do with it. No emails from Woot. It is like they have perished!!. I never installed the ink cartridges nor installed the printer head."
"i used to love woot...used them for the last 5 years and never a problem..in the last 6 months i have has wrong color items order a fan get a ladder sent over 300 dollars worth of stuff to the wrong address they had the zip code messed up and was returned to them 2 weeks ago but i still do not have a refund...and yes the customer service is no more...they did not used to be like that at all...and shipping wow...today i received and item i ordered on the 18th of last month. so disapointed every since they sold the company its down hill they increased the shirt price and the quality of the shirts when down...sad sad sad"
"I have used Woot for a few years now and have been pleased; however, when there is a problem, they have the worst and almost non-existent customer service. They say they are sending replacements, and on two occasions this has turned out not to be true. Right now I supposedly have a shipment sitting in Phoenix for the last two weeks. You cannot call them; they make sure that you cannot talk to a live person...ever, no exception. Too bad because I check their site daily and buy things here and there but I am pretty much done."
"Ok, so here's the story. I purchased two Xbox 360 gaming headsets for $4 each, not bad. A few days later they appear at my door, and it turns out that they were meant for PC's not Xbox 360's, so I emailed woot.com seeing what happened with the eledged "Xbox" headset.
The replied back the next day, and said they are sorry for everything, and that they are trying to buy some sort of adapters for these headsets so they work with the Xbox. So the fact that they responded that quick and sent a nice email made me impressed.
Then a week later the send me this email:

You know how Xbox 360s aren’t the same things as PCs? Well, it turns out not everyone does.
You see, that Motorola “Xbox 360” Headset you bought from Tech.Woot on August 18th? It showed up just fine… with only a PC cable. We tried to get some adapters, twice actually… and both times they turned out to be PC cables too. We’re going to try again, but it’s not looking good at this point. Maybe third times the charm, right? We sure hope so, because if we get any more PC cables, we’re gonna to run out of warehouse space.
Still, what really stinks is that you thought you were getting an Xbox 360 headset, and you’re not. So, we’d like to offer you a $5 coupon for each headset you purchased. Sure, it won’t fill the void left by all those tirades you planned to unleash on your Modern Warfare opponents, but we think it’ll help. And if you ever choose to venture into the realm of PC gaming, you're one piece closer to being fully equipped.

"So I ordered a Kodak 16 mp camera kit from woot 2 days ago. i selected 1 day shipping b/c my anniversary is tomorrow and it's a gift for my wife. Today at 3 pm I received a package from fedex and I was very excited. Until i actually had the package in hand and realized that it weighed next to nothing. I opened it up and there was only a camera bag in the box. I checked the tracking number provided by woot and called fedex to see if another box was on the way. Fedex had no other order for me. I started to look for a contact number for Woot customer service and started freaking out when I couldn't find one on the website. Using my super Google skills, I found a few corporate numbers and really started to freak out when I could only get recorded messages, no actual voicemail prompt. I emailed ****@**** and some other email address. At this point I was thinking that I had just been scammed out of my money. I received a reply email at about 5:30 pm from Woot, explaining that the kit shipped in two separate packages, and provided the tracking number for the second package, which shipped via UPS. by the time I checked the tracking, the other package was already at my door. Everything else was included. Conflict averted....I was going to drive up to Carrollton and give everyone there a piece of my mind. So after my initial freak-out, I'm happy with the 1-day shipping in this case, and email response from customer service. They delivered the product as was promised. The lack of being able to speak to a live human does leave me a little concerned. I'll probably use Woot in the future, but only for New, no refurbished, merchandise."

"Never buy from Woot. They immediately charge your credit card,but do not ship your items in a timely manner. No customer service number. I spent almost $800 and have not received my order. It's been 18 days. I am going to have to pay the credit card payment before I ever get my items. I tried to cancel my order but they said it could not be canceled because its in transit. In transit for 18 days,get real and stop holding my money hostage."

"Very slow to ship. They charged my credit card immediately when I placed the order, six days ago, but so for nothing has been shipped. "I ordered 2 tablets yesterday morning (as soon as the deal came out) and my credit card got charged.
In the evening I send an email to them (no customer service ph number) to ask why my orders were not seen in my account. Their reply ---- "Some elements in the order were suspicious and we cancelled you order, if we did this by mistake - we apologize" . So they take my money PROMPTLY, no refund as of yet, no email saying that they cancelled my order - WHO IS SUSPICIOUS HERE?
I would not have known until i emailed them, i would have anxiously waited for my orders in excitement if i did not contact them.
I even ordered 2 cases from Ebay, Chinese sellers, cannot cancel them and no refunds. So lost about $20 there.
Instead of being happily waiting for my tablets, now i am sadly anxious about when i would get my refund.
