"I ordered boots with free shipping since they were over $59. This was two weeks ago. I have confirmations of my order. And when I sent an inquiry they said someone was looking into it. But I sent another email yesterday and no one has even acknowledged it. My order hasn't shippied, yet, and now I'm getting no response from the company, either."

"Ordered a pair of boots from this site on 11/15/07. Site was well laid-out, and offered free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Free return shipping as well.
My initial confidence was soon replaced with doubt. I was initially told that my boots were back-ordered (never indicated that on the site), and that they wouldn't ship for a week and a half.
A day later, I was informed it would take two weeks. A day after that, 2-3 weeks. I then asked to substitute a more expensive boot at the same price I ordered for customer satisfaction. They agreed.
I selected a pair of Harley Davidson boots. Guess what? Not in stock. I then selected two other pairs. Their answer? Not in stock.
I lost all confidence in their ability to fulfill ANY order, and immediately canceled my order. But wait, there's more.
I get an email today stating that the order was indeed canceled and that my credit card would be issued a credit in 7-14 days. This is in direct conflict to their posted policy (in the Help section, Product Availability) that your credit card will not be charged until your item is shipped.
I called Customer Service and inquired as to how this could be. It's contrary to the posted policy. Her answer? "We're working on that. Sorry"
Bottom line: STAY AWAY"
"Ordered two items from store. I received one item promptly (an item I threw in to get free shipping), and the main, more expensive item still has not arrived. I've contacted customer service, and my only reply was 3 weeks ago, that the item was going to ship that week. My most recent inquiry has been ignored."

"Beware...Nowhere on their site, until AFTER payment is made, does it mention that items are drop shipped from the manufacturer. I have absolutely no way to check the status of my order. It specifically DOES state in my order, that I would NOT be charged until my item was shipped, and yet I was immediately charged for the ordered items. "After a month of not recieving my order, and one non -responded to e-mail, I called to find out that my order is on backorder and the shipper does not notify them of this status. Is there not anybody that tracks orders? Do they place an order and then kick their feet up on the desk and wait for it to come in? And because they charge when the item is shipped I essentially have a $66 check floating around out there. "
