"This company sells tampered products and when called out about it they don't know how to resolve the situation. The fragrance I purchased was opened by them to scratch off the authenticity sticker, remove the batch code from the box and place a barcode over it, and then use some solvent to wipe off the batch code form the bottle. I have tried contacting them several times about this, but they have extremely poor communication skills as it is approaching 1 month now to resolve my purchase. I'll keep this in mind when ordering from them in the future..."

"I placed my order on April 22, 2024. It was due for delivery on April 29, 2024. I signed up for tracking alerts through USPS which was the shipping agency being used. After April 27, 2024, the tracking no longer provided any updates. It has shown for the past 4 or 5 days the package is in transit to the next facility. I'm guessing someone is already wearing the watch since it was not cheap. After calling the customer service number, I wasn't able to reach anyone. The phone rings, plays an automated message and then hangs up after you wait for an infinity. The chat feature on the website is not functional. I've emailed them several times. The only response I received was one asking me to select yes or no if I received my order. I reached out to USPS and started a package inquiry since the package has not been received. I had to tell my husband what should've been his anniversary gift for a Purple Heart disabled veteran was not gonna make it. Back to the drawing board with that. No one from customer service (live agent) has yet to contact me. To add insult to injury, I've received three emails requesting that I give a review and rating for the World of Watches company. These companies nowadays seem more concerned with reviews than actually delivering the product to enable you to provide an accurate review. I'm crushed. I'm frustrated. I'm in the process of opening a PayPal dispute since that was the method of checkout I used. The money has been paid in full, I have no product, no tracking information to rely on and can't get anyone from the company to reach out to me. This has been the worst experience ever! I will never recommend this agency to anyone looking for watches. The get a negative 5 stars for my experience! The company website says you have a 30 day window for returns. Well, how can I meet the 30 day deadline when I didn't even get the product. I've heard about organized theft rings where people steal the packages. I guess I've been struck by the criminals this time. I thought I was gonna do something special for my military man. I got his hopes up and now we are both broken hearted. That isn't a good thing to do to someone injured in combat and suffers with PTSD. This ****! "
