"BEWARE!!! VERY bad experience. Rings i bought only suited my husband, and looked bulky on my finger. So after much deliberation, we decided to exchange for a HIS and HERS design. But to our astonishment,

the return process is very very troublesome and they make you pay for the "free" shipping ONLY if you "qualify" for the return. They would ask you to mail it back to them with insurance and you have to specially pack it at the post office.

Anyway, after the really long email about the process, terms and conditions of returning, i have decided not to return because they might not even accept the rings. So, in a way, that is their marketing strategy i guess...to make you go through all the trouble and eventually you would give in and live with it.

I am now stuck with a bulky, oversized wedding band that I would have to wear for the rest of my life. Thanks to you World Jewels!!!




I could not believe I purchased my wedding bands from such cold, indifferent and pragmatic store!!! and they even claim they were in this business for 20 years!, really wonder how they survived in this business.

"This was the absolute worst online merchant I have ever dealt with. I buy items online quite often and have done business with a great number of vendors in this manner, so I am certainly not new to the experience. WorldJewels was slow and rude from the moment we placed the order and I should have known to cancel the order then, but we liked the product we had chosen. 10 days after the payment had cleared my bank and our order had still not shipped, we called to complain and were bluntly told, "It will ship today." No reason as to why it hadn't shipped, no apology for their late service, nothing at all. Another week passed, now almost 3 weeks after placing the order and the wedding bands arrived in horrible condition. My wifes band was horribly flawed as the gold inlay was placed with the precision of a drunken monkey and my ring was terribly tarnished over more than half of the surface. After contacting WorldJewels to complain about the condition of our order, our complaints were ignored for 3 days. After calling a final time and demanding instructions on returning the purchase, we were simply told to return the items for a refund and to shop elsewhere if we weren't happy. No apology for their poor service was ever offered by WorldJewels at ANY time. I can assure you one thing, shopping elsewhere is exactly what will be done and I hope many others will learn from our experience with WorldJewels. Caveat emptor!"
