"I am blown away by the quality of the ring I purchased from World Jewels. I ordered the 1 3/4 carat (sku e-307) engagement ring in platinum with the upgrade to a VS2 clarity center stone. The price for the ring was 2 to 3 thousand dollars lower than any other site I found online. The ring is beautiful. I took it to a local jeweler to get a second opinion and the sales person agreed I got an amazing deal. I was hesitant to order from World Jewels based on some of the reviews I have read. I took a chance knowing I could return the ring within 30 days if I did not like it. I will definately NOT be returing this ring and plan to make future purchases with World Jewels. It is simply impossible to beat the combination of price and quality you get from this company.

"I am very satisfied with my experience at worldjewels.com The first ring I got was my engagement 1,85 carat ring. It two more then two weeks to get it. The customer service was very polite liars, they gave us wrong shipping date every time then we called them. But when we finally got the ring, I was so impressed with the quality of gold and diamonds. We took it to the local jeweler and he made appraisal that was more then twice of the amount that we paid. It was worth to wait. The second ring from the worldjewels was my 1/2 carat diamond band. It also took 2 weeks to get it and the ring was beautiful!!! So in my opinion, the worldjewels makes a good quality jewelry and it takes no less then 2 weeks to get it but it is worth to wait because of such good quality for such small price. If you have lots of money and don`t want to wait and get your ring right now (most of the time worse quality diamonds then worldjuwels has), go to the local store and pay twice, but if you want to save your money and get a nice ring, order from worldjewels!!! "Just received the ring today and am very pleased. A co-worker recommend World Jewels to me as that is where he also purchased his engagement ring from. The ring I bought (item#ac-411) has excellent clarity, excellent color, and is definitely as they described it. I'm very excited and can't wait to give the ring to my soon to be Fiancee!
As far as the order process goes, it went exactly how they described it on their website since their rings are hand crafted and made to order. It took about 5-7 business days until it was ready to ship and 2 days to deliver (FEDEX two day delivery was an extra charge). I received a tracking number and could track the shipment on fedex website.
Before I ordered the ring, I did call and email customer service about some additional information on the ring such as the size of the side stones. When I called the service was friendly and knowledgeable and when I emailed I got responses within 24hrs.
I have no compliants and am a very satisfied customer. I'd recommend World Jewels to anyone and I'll probably order my wedding bands from them as well. With good quality, service, and prices that are far, far better than the typical stores (zales, kay's, etc), World Jewels will always be my first choice when it comes to diamonds."

"What they sent me was a bad diamond and poor craftsmanship for a 3.40ct ring. The 2.0 ct center diamond that I received was completely flawed! I even tried to resolve the issue with the owner. He sent me a new ring (after waiting close to 5 months!) that was suppose to be better clarity than the one I previously received. Well guess what? This diamond is covered in flaws too!
I spent thousands of dollars on a completely flawed diamond. Additionally, I spent nearly $100 shipping the ring back twice because they claimed that they would send a better one. I am done with this store. Describing this experience with World Jewels as horrible and frustrating is an understatement.
I would NEVER recommend World Jewels to my friends, family or strangers for that matter.
