I love the ring i bought from them. I had been looking at local Chicago jewelry stores for a engagement rings, but I couldn't find anything I liked. So I came across worldjewels.com and told them my budget and they recommended the e-460. When I saw this ring I knew it was the right ring for me. Before I bought the ring from them I called them a few times and spoke with Karen, she answered all my questions and it made the purchase easier. I finally pulled the trigger and made the purchase and when it got here I was super excited. I love the side design of the ring, it looks amazing. Even the box was nice. I also took it to a local jeweler and they told me I got a great price. I want to thank everyone for getting such a beautiful ring to me. My fiancé thinks I paid alot of money for it :)

"I had previously written a review on my experience with World Jewels and I must say, I couldn't be happier with how this turned out. They called and the person was very helpful and explained that even though it was after the 30 days they wanted to give me the ring that I would be happy with since I'd have it the rest of my life. They are fixing what I felt was not right and he couldn't have been more polite. I am very impressed, especially after they saw my review lol, and I can't wait to have my ring fixed. "I bought a .75 dimond band. To go with my engagments ring. I looked at this one and it looked fine. I now that the clarity and color are not top notch BUT its what Im paying for. The price is great considering I went to a mall store and they wanted twice as much for the same ring. Im not expecting a VS grad a Ring for the price Im getting come on people. You get for what you pay for. My ring in very nice and go's great with my engagment ring. I Ordered on Friday and emailed them on Tueday and she said 2-6 days and should be fed ex out on Friday well it was Fed ex on Thursday and very pleased with my purchase.
So many are complaining about the billing but its for security reasons they make the billing the same as the shipping many online companies are like that. Stop complaining !!!! I did receive a tracking number from Fed Ex. Overall very pleased with them.. It sounds like they have stepped up there game a little and improved there process.

You know, if you talk to the company's personnel with respect and confidence, you would not create your scenarios of drama. One lady was mad about having to drive 25 miles! out of her way for delivery...who cares, Another customer was miffed because of having to par what? $20 to send an item back for reimburement! La di da...
I was wondering about the QUALITY of their work, not how huffy you could be about trivialities.
Get a grip, whiners. I talked to them with a respectful, if not honeyed tone of voice and got great results!
If you want to be unhappy, really mad, go to one of the auction, rip-off distributors... then, you could cry us a river. Sorry you're so unhappy. I got great service and product. "
"My wife and I purchased our wedding rings from these folks and while we were very impressed with the price - the quality begs to differ. I know they have a 30 day money back gaurantee and we received our rings about 10 days prior to the wedding and of course didnt wear them until 6/14. Well, 2 weeks after wearing them, the white gold in the center began to vanish and made us think they were whole gold plated over yellow - which is not we were told. I sent the ring back and they told me it's normal wear and tear, but NOT IN 15 DAYS! I could see 15 years. Anyway, they are "repairing" the ring and sending it back - we just want her to get her rings back. I think we'll continue to wear them and on an anniversary, purchase new ones locally of course. Whie customer service was responsive, we are not at all happy with the quality. I am waiting to hear from the owner so I can discuss this (which of course according to them will be via email) LOVELY - Again, my opinion only, but we will never buy jewlery from them again."
"I bought a weekly special 0.75 carat stud earrings and they were the best i could find for the money anywhere. I would have paid twice as much at a local jeweler. The stones were very clear and bright. I was thinking of buying an engagement ring from them but after seeing how dissatisfied everyone else is, I'm a little cautious. "Ordered for the first time a 2.8 carat Diamond Anniversary Band. Order was slightly slow in being delivered but once it was ....WOW! Wenat and had it seperately appraised. Appraisal came back at over $1,000 over what World Jewels appraised at. Purchased for $1,700. WJ appraised at $3400 and Independently appraised at $4,450. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

"I wish I had read the reviews on this horrible company before I made a purchase. First of all, World Jewels would not ship to my office, only my home address. So I had to drive 25 minutes out of my way and wait in line for over an hour at Fed Ex to receive the package. Imagine my disappointment when I opened the package and found they had shipped me the wrong ring. Imagine my frustration, when I could not get a hold of anyone by phone. When I finally did reach a very rude woman, I was then told I would have to pay to ship it back. This is absurd. I'm sure that World Jewels has heard of Fed Ex prepaid return labels. I sent numerous emails trying to figure out when they would be shipping me the correct ring and refunding my shipping expense. When email did not work to get a response, I called them and waited on hold for 20 minutes to find out that it "might ship out this week”. World Jewels offers nothing except very rude, horrible service. I am a business owner and I am amazed at the complete lack of professionalism this company displays. The owners should be absolutely ashamed! Don't buy anything from this site! By the way a month later, they still have yet to refund my shipping expense that was incurred due to their error! In addition, beware... the "appraisal" they send with the ring is not by an independent appraisal company. Its whatever sticker price they want to put on a piece of paper. AGAIN... SHOP ELSEWHERE... They "great prices" are not worth it in the end! "
"I recieved my engagment ring from world jewels today. Love it its really sparkley, but a slight imperfection in the setting. one side is wider than the other, You have to really look for it though. They were pretty slow at delivery. took two weeks and phone calls everday for a week. but I do love the ring."
