After an initial issue that was only due to their willingness to rush an order through for me, World Jewels.com more than made up for it. All I can say is this is an excellent company and I received an unbelievable ring. I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to provide these comments to anyone that may be hesitant just as I was before placing my order. I ordered a ring that cost over $4,000 and I did not do this lightly. I could not be happier with my purchase and my wife is absolutely ecstatic with her ring.
After contacting them with the initial issue, I received a call at my home from the owner. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy. I doubt you could find better customer service from any retailer. He went above and beyond to make me happy and the ring I received is beyond my expectations. I have no doubt that had I not initially asked for a rush order it would have been perfect the first time.
I had my ring appraised by a local jeweler and I am extremely happy with the result. I looked everywhere for something different that would make a statement within my budget and could not find anything close. I came across WorldJewels.com and found a design I have never seen before with a total of 3 carats. You never know what to expect since you are relying on a picture over the internet but when we received the ring it was exactly as pictured but even the picture could not do it justice. The ring is perfect and the quality is better than anything I have seen at the local jewelers. My wife receives complements everywhere she goes because you can’t help but notice her ring.
I can’t thank Allen and World Jewels enough for their customer service. They rushed the order overnight in time for my Wife’s party and again rushed the second order to me within days.
I will definitely be ordering from World Jewels again and if you are like me, you are reading these reviews hesitating on whether or not you should order from this company. I also struggled with my decision but for me, it was a great decision. I could never have found a ring like this for anything close to what I paid. Trust me, you will be happy with your purchase. "This was my second order. Years ago purchased my ring and all went well. This time however they told me it would ship in 2 1/2 weeks..turned out I ordered 7/9/12 and received 8/22/12. if you need it fast dont order. Got married and took pics with a loaner ring they sent me...not happy about that. They say will call back and never do. Twice told will be shipped and didnt happen. However its a great ring for the price. Again only order if you have no rush. Would be nice if they offered a gift. This ring was to remarry my ex wife. Glad she was cool about it otherwise I would feel like a mule after I spent so much on wedding and with false "with this ring I thee wed""

"Received my diamond ring today Love it!!!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous. I was lucky to be able to choose the style, since my fiance was so kind. The diamonds are so sparkly and amazing . I chose a .75ct round center and small diamonds on the band The style of the setting is well done plus, the Customer service was great. Everyone was so kind and polite. It took about 2 weeks to ship , but overall satisfied with the craftsmanship and my diamonds. You can't beat free shipping for a large purchase on other websites. "
"Very unhappy with this company. Ordered ring on 7/16 I haven't gotten an email a call nothing from them so after 3 calls I was told the ring would arrive 7/27. Well FedEx never showed So I call again an was told that it wasn't put on the truck. I was also told that I should have it by 7/27 so we shall see. As far as customer service Horrible. Waiting on a call back Horrible. Will I do business whit World Jewels again. Not a snow balls chance in hell.........."
"I finally received my wedding set from World Jewels and first off I have to say that I really do love it! But for those who might be making a last minute purchase keep this in mind--- I purchased the ring on May 31st, was told it would ship on 6/21, called on 6/28 to see what that status was told I would get a call back with an update - no one called. So I called again the following week and was told it would ship out on 7/3, it didn't. It finally shipped on 7/5 received it on 7/6. 5 weeks from the time of the order. Overall though it's a very beautiful ring and I'm happy with our purchase. "

"Well, after deciding what I wanted for my diamond wedding band and looking at stores and online to find the best pricing-we decided to try World Jewels. After reading some pretty bad reviews, we were a bit nervous but the value seemed too good to not try. We ordered the ring on 4/28 with the stipulation we needed it by the end of May. Karen was helpful and helped design a ring similar to one on their site but higher weight and better clarity. We called to check on the ring close to the end of May and we were told it would ship on 5/29 but Allen called us on 5/30 and told us it would ship on 5/31 via overnight service-we were happy with that. Received the ring today (6/1)and it is absolutely perfect. Taking it for an insurance appraisal tomorrow so will then find out if it is really the value we thought. I have no affilitation with WJ and they did not ask me to write this-I saw some good reviews that looked like someone close to them might have written but that isn't the case here. The ring is gorgeous! The only 'challenge' was that I tried to call a couple times when I thought they would be open and the recording just kept going and going-literally on hold for up to 20 minutes a couple times before hanging up-I think they were closed and had forgotten to put on the out of office message-we are in a different time zone and I may have misjudged the difference but since the message told me to wait, I did but they were probably closed. Allen and Karen went out of their way to help with the order and letting us know when it would ship."
