"The ring I purchased is beautiful and fully meets my expectations. However, the ring was not shipped on the day I was informed it would be. The product page indicated it would be shipped in 6 days. When I called Customer Service the date they gave me was 12 days after ordering; when it fact it was not shipped for 17 days. I received it the day before our wedding. Your customer service department was great and upgraded me to overnight shipping at no extra charge. I was informed because it was a channel set ring that it takes longer. If this is the case, it would be helpful to know this from the beginning. Thanks to David and Elijah in customer service for taking care of me."

"Incredibly beautiful set without a doubt an awesome buy

We recently purchased an E-310 wedding set. First off we were just as skeptical as anyone about buying on line. But I did a lot of research on World Jewels and decided it was worth a shot. The main selling point to me was; if your not happy, they definitely refund your money. It took about 3.5 weeks which had me nervous but when I called to see if it shipped yet they sent it overnight the next day no charge. That was cool. I also liked the fact that you can call and change the diamond rating if you want depending on your budget. I could get better diamonds if I wanted to for a few dollars more.
I had a top jewelry store (zales)re-size it and appraise it too see what they would sell it for. The appraisal was more then double what we paid. My fiance was part of the buying process so it was no shock to her that I proposed but the ring looked so much nicer then the photo you have, she thought I got it somewhere else.
