"I ordered an engagement ring set in August of 2012 and finished paying it off on 12/28. The clarity was SI1-SI2 (which, by the way, means different things depending on which diamond grading scale the company uses. In this case, the use a European grading scale, which run significantly lower qualities than GIA ratings). I received the ring around 1/8 and upon taking it out of the box immediately noticed a huge yellow-colored cloud on the face of the ring and a feather crossing the entire diameter (SI1-SI2 clarity is not supposed to have defects noticeable unless it’s 10x magnification. These were noticed using a dome light of a car, at arms length while it was night). I immediately boxed it up again and shipped it back the following day demanding a replacement stone. After waiting over 1 week for them to review the ring (they stated it would take 2 days) they stated they would replace the ring. In the meantime, I found a better ring locally for a much better price. I called and had them cancel my order, since the local jeweler was holding the ring until 1/31. They stated I would have the money back on my card within 5-7 business days (that ended today). Upon calling them, I was told I wouldn't get my $$ until Monday (past the date the jeweler stated they would hold the ring, thus losing out). I demanded to speak with the owner, Allen. He called and stated there was nothing he could do. I IMPLORE you; never do business with this company. I read all the negative reviews, and decided to give this company the benefit of the doubt. If there’s even the SLIGHTEST hesitation, don’t do it. Big mistake. Never again. Buyer beware."

"While I was randomly shopping online for a wedding band, I came across World Jewels website. I placed a call to ask a few questions. The customer service agent who answered (Darlene) was very patient, professional, friendly and accommodating. I ended up ordering a diamond wedding band for my future husband by the end of our conversation. The wedding was scheduled for 12/12/12. I received a call on December 6th from World Jewels to inform me that the shipping will be delayed and that the ring will be shipped on the 11th overnight thru FedEx. I panicked and explained that I couldn't wait and that I must have it by the 11th at the latest. The owner ended up driving over to our house on Tuesday night to deliver it himself. WHAO! "This company at one time did a great job with customer service and had a good product at a good price. That has dramatically changed. I ordered a 14 KT Gold and diamond Bangle on 8/30/12 for $1394.99 and waited and waited and waited and waited. Finally on first week of Oct. I called and was told they were mailing it the following Monday. Never saw it. I called back. They said it would be mailed immediately. Never saw it. Finally, I called back on 11/7/2012 and was told the product was "no longer available". I was given the choice to exchange vs cancel the order and be refunded. I chose to be refunded. A week later, no refund. I call back about it. I'm told it will be posted the following Monday. You guessed it...the next Monday, no refund. It's now Nov. 28 and I still have no refund posted. I called up again today and was told it would be....hold on...here it comes..."posted next Monday"
I'm done with this company. I've asked my credit card company to dispute the charges. I'd recommend you shop elsewhere."

"I found a beautiful ring on-line and purchased it for $3500. I purchased the ring 8 Oct 2012 and receiced the ring 1 Nov, day before my engagement party and when I opened the box, I was sick to my stomcach. The ring was of poor craftsman ship and the diamonds which were advertised as near flawless were of poor quality, the engraving was not legible, some side diamonds looked as if they were crushed and just the worst experience ever!!! The best part was, the ring came without a certificate of authenticity as well.(I wonder why?) It was a nightmare, a ring I wouldnt even place on my dog. I called several times to speak to Allen, at first he wanted to help solve the problem and give the "perfect ring" and he even verbally stated, his company put the wrong diamonds in the ring and wanted to make it right. I just requested I get my money back. After I stated this, everytime I went to call about my refund and speak to Allen "the owner of the comapny" I was put on hold, a few minutes would go by and needless to say, he was out of the office and would call me back. Never once did he return my calls. Today finally, I got my money back 22 Nov 2012 and sadly my fiancee is still without a ring for I cant purchase another until I received my refund. Thankfully, i have a understanding fiancee, who I even showed the ring too and even she was disgusted,especially after she found out how much I spent.
