My boyfriend bought me a beautiful ring from World Jewels, but I had inadvertently given him the wrong size. We were most upset until we learned that World Jewels was willing to totally resize the ring which meant actually making a whole new ring without any cost to us. I was thrilled. Additonally, in calling over there to get things straightened out, I spoke to 3 or 4 different people.
