I ordered this tallis bag on 8/17/2015. My credit card was charged at that time. It is 9/25/2015 and is still showing this order as pending. Although I received an e-mails confirming the order and other promotions, it is unclear why your website states that tried to contact me. I have received no correspondence via e-mail or phone telling me this order was delayed. In addition, I have called several times and also sent e-mails, yet none of my inquiries regarding this order received a response.
Please cancel this order. Based upon your customer service and responsiveness to date, I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.

"Stay away from this website. I ordered twice. Both orders arrived 1 month after I placed them. The second order I returned it. The problem is that they kept 20% for restocking fee. Which was $85.14. This is absolutely outrageous, I would agree to pay for the shipping expenses but $85, that's just plain dishonest. Customer service was also very rude and unhelpful."
"BUYER BEWARE! VERY LONG DELIVERY TIMES! I will never order from World of Judaica again. I ordered a child's gift on April 22nd for an event in mid-May. I got on live chat close to the date of the party and was assured that it would be shipped in 3 days. It is now June 18th and it finally arrived today. I guess Yair Emanuel must make puzzles one at a time or something. ;-) Anyway, the party is long past and now I have 2 puzzles and 2 kids' kippas on my hands, with no parties on the horizon in the near future. My package arrived a month after my order, when a different package from judaicawebstore.com took five days only. Avoid this site at all cost. They are lacking any benefit."

I was hesitant to order online due to fear of long shipping times, but world of judaicas lovely customer support agent assured me they will do whatever they can to get me the cup before the wedding. The cup arrived in plenty of time for the big day and was the perfect addition to the chupah. My daughter loved the quality and design. "
"I ordered a menorah and a shirt, totaling about $120 USD on December 7th, 2014. The delivery time was noted as maximum 2 weeks. I assumed it would arrive sometime around the holidays so I could give it as a late Hanukkah gift. It never came. I emailed twice, once asking for a refund. Both time I received the same email reply saying they are sorry for the delay. On February 18th I received an email saying the package had been shipped. It is now March 11th, 2015 over 4 months since I ordered and paid with my credit card online and still nothing. I've now missed two opportunities to give the gift and regret ever making the order!! I wonder if it will ever arrive or if the whole place is a total scamjob!

I received a number of emails with excuses as to why it had not shipped. When it finally did ship, there were delivery issues and they REFUSED TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER to rectify the problem.
