"Got the exceed eagel 50 ,on the first start up I tried to huver it when I noticed the rear motor was smoking. Fried the tail motor firts time out of the box. Don't they test fly these before shipment?"

"BROKEN JUNK! Received Helicopter in a non-working order. The bottom rotor did not turn. So contacted Xheli then said they would send me a new motor. waited 5 weeks for new motor to arrive.(Cannot play with the RC for 6 weeks now)Received motor on week 6 re-placed it , and still does not FLY! Utter Junk. on top of that XHELI does not refund,because you took it out of the box. Question how does 1 find out if its broken in the box? This company will be HARD-PRESSED to get another dime out of me ever!"

"I have ordered a number of items from Xheli.com , and in each case the goods were shipped the same day but no later than the next day, with prompt status confirmation emails, including tracking detail.
On average I have received my goods within three days with very reasonably priced USPS priority mail for the small parts, and UPS for the larger items such as the Heli kits.
The quality of the products and service is great.

They also operate a forum for order support, and just general tricks and tips related to the products they sell - you'll find the forum link on their home page.

"I've got to say, I'm dissapointed and annoyed. I placed the order and had my card authorized for the amount of the order. 6 days later they emailed me to tell me that what I'd ordered was out of stock, and would I like to cancel the order or wait for 5 weeks for it to maybe be in stock. Maybe.
It clealy said IN STOCK on the website, but evidently the web has nothing to do with reality.
So, I asked for the order to be cancelled and the credit card charge voided.
Now it is 5 days after that and the charge still has not been voided. I've sent two emails asking for it to be voided, and have been unable to get anyone on the phone there.
Frankly, this is extremely unprofessional. I'm a sysadmin that works with credit card gateways during the day, and ignoring my request for a void on a cancelled order violates the merchant services agreement.

Curiously, a friend in the RC community here ordered something from them the same day. He ordered, the merchant authorized for the full amount, then authorize-settled for the full amount resulting in TWICE the amount being taken from his card, then had to jump through hoops to get his order cancelled and STILL has not received his refund.

Almost a week to notify that something is out of stock on an order billed as 7 to 10 days delivery? Inability to remove a pre-auth from a cancelled order? Not knowing the difference between and authorization and a settlement on a card? 5 weeks restock time on items clearly identified as in stock on the website?

This is one of the most unprofessional set ups I've come across. That's 0 for two. Clearly they don't knoq quite what they are doing, the website is a mess, and their merchant service is abysmal.

I don't see myself ordering from them ever again.

"Great price for parts . Same as chinese sellers but with the reliability of the US postal system .I probably would like more emails relating to conformation and postage of order being a international buyer ( australia).Postage is a bit pricey so if its international order up big as i did . I have had some troubles with physical products, yet the folks
are always responsive same day, Tech guys are great. Customer
Service folks are also great and willing to see 100 % Satisfaction.

"Received right away and in perfect shape and I am already having a blast.
Just wish i would have found the free shipping of same, from XHeli through Amazon before I ordered.
That's my fault. Would definitely order from XHeli in the future. (But I will check Amazon next time).
