"i haven't got the heli yet but i think their online representatives are a little bit mean and the sales sez you can ask them any question but they are not replying. for example they told me that my order is out of stock and asked me if i'm going to wait. i said yes i will.. the next day i email them and asked what's better to buy and asked how is my order. the next day they just send my money back to my account. naturally i check my email if they sent me a letter why they send my money back but there's no letter. i love all there product and still want to buy to their store but i can't understand them if they are angry or what.. i sent them a letter again asking if they already cancel our transaction or what so i know if i can use the money that they sent back to my account. but all in all i love their site specially the video review about the product.."

"I am really pleased with the design and the size of the heli. I have several micro helis an enjoy them I saw the video on YOUTUBE and was hooked. I was excited llike a little kid on christmas morning when the box got here. The heli is an extreamly well built unit, solid and substantial in weight, it flys like a dream.
