I have received the Exceed RC G2 two weeks ago. I have discovered the canopy have cracked at the bottom. I have sent e-mail to report to xheli but I don't get and any feedback and too bad. I felt bad the new helicoptor have damaged.
when I have the first run. the helicoptor start and won't stop until hit the wall even trun off the control. I don't know what happen. I feel very bad. No wonder I need to make this order to purchase the replacement parts to repair it.

"O placed an order with xheli.com. I was very satisfied with the order process online. The site was very easy to manuver. The product is made very well, great quality. However I was not satisfied with the lack of instructions to set up the product. I had to purchase a flight simulator so I can learn how to fly the helicopter. No real explanation on the controls, how to use them, or what the controls do. I am new to rc helicopters and I have no idea how to begin to fly the helicopter. So I'm waiting for the flight simulator so I can see hopefully how it works. You have to search and watch videos on u- tube for instructions and on line discussion forums to get any real idea how to use the product. It's very frustrating.please please put some real instructions with your products so beginners like myself can enjoy the product. Thanks "

These guys are completely hit and miss like buckshot from a shot gun at 100 yards, Seriously. Early on I had no issues on orders, but then they started taking longer to get out, and GOD FORBID you need to talk to customer service, you are on the phone 45minutes MINIMUM BEFORE talking to anyone. They have on site live chat support, that has NEVER BEEN Functioning in the 3 months i have been doing business with them. The fastest way to get a response from them is to post something on their Facebook wall. Don't bother asking for a manager, when you do get through on the phone, because they are ALWAYS out or gone somewhere. These guy are TERRIBLE for customer service BUT GREAT at selling and taking your money.

I will be looking for my Heli parts Elsewhere and new RC Helicopters for that matter. Over allI give these guys an F as a company."
