"Learning curve is fairly quick, and improvement with each flight. Will be ordering next XHeli in August, or as soon as what I want is no longer out of stock. "I ordered from xHeli several times before, mostly if I want to buy a heli (RTF mainly; kit in the future). Their prices can well compete with the big sellers from HongKong and China, mainly because they are "local" and the shipping makes more than up for the slightly higher prices of the actual heli.
Never had a problem with any of my orders, like also this time.
Every now and then, you are able to have an amazing find at this vendor (as I did this time, so I already ordered again!)
Shipping is usually very fast and even ground shipping I get my stuff across the country usually in 4 days.
Unfortunately - or better fortunately, as it bears witness for the quality of the products, which are always very well packed - I did not have a reason to deal with the returns department, so I cannot speak for the experience that is to be expected there! (and I sure hope it stays this way :) ...)
My next order from them is already on the way and I would have no concern in recommending this company as a place to "satisfy" your heli needs!!"

As others have now found out, if your item is in stock and you receive it in good shapethan Xheli is a good vendor. However, if you have any issues whatsoever their VERY POOR customer service or willingness to take any responsibility for any problems will become apparent very quickly. Now with free shipping (very recent change) they are becoming very attractive to on-line buyers. Expect to see a lot of "5 check marks" and a lot of "0,1 check marks" when ever the user has a problem.

Good prices. Had all of the items requested. The shipping box could have been packed better to protect the contents and it was just lucky none of the copters were damaged.

They completely ignored the comments section of the order, though. We requested separate channels for each of the 3 S107s ordered but they sent all channel A-s. It was not worth the hassle to contact them and complain as these items are not that costly so shipping them back to rectify this did not seem worth it.

Update 8/12/10 - One of copters was defective and attempts to contact them via their "support" desk were a joke. Several emails were sent with automated replies (we will get back to you in 1-2 business days) are a total waste of time. Calls to the support line are never answered. "
