"XHeli, service and support is really very lousy. I have make a purchased on the 19nov2010, after 4 days i still have not receive any new from them. I keep writting e-mail to them and on the 5th day then i received from them. Below is the sad thing i would light to share

1) after receiving from them they claimed that due to security reason, they waht my IC , driving Licence and a copy of my credit card, before they are able to to process.

2) after 5 days they reply to me that my detail is correct and is in process for shipment

3) the next day they wrote e-mail which is on the 1st dec stating that they have no stk, have to wait for them to restock the waiting time time will be 4 weeks for more.

Just really not happy with them i have already make purchase and the credit card company already bill me on my purchase.this is already my when i make the purchase. How can they do such thing by by selling my order to someone else.

they wrote back to me and ask me if i would like to wait or refund the order. Ofcourse, i will ask for the refund, since the service and the integrity of the company really make my head boiled.

Now i just wait to see whether they will refund me or how lond they take to refund.If the refund does't credit back to my credit card Xheli is a scamp and cheating company.

"Offered good price on a RC helicopter, but did not deliver - it turns out it was out of stock. Nobody told me until I inquired myself. I asked for a similarly priced helicopter that was now available. The price had gone up they said.
It could have been an innocent mistake. But I think good business would have done the switch and kept the customer happy. It could easily be called "bait and switch" too. Would not recommend shopping there, there are many other places, which makes XHELI's actions even more odd. Be careful though, it seems many also offer good deal but then you have to wait 15-20 days to get it. "

"Product selection and prices are good. Shipping was fast. However, my helicopter arrived with a connector bar missing. I tried contacting xheli repeatedly and got no response whatsoever. I would estimate that this part costs about 10 cents or less, but I guess thats how much they value me as a customer. I will NEVER purchase from xheli again!"

"XHeli is a very good source to get the radio control helicopter that you like and also the spare parts, THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!!!

They are very responsibile for the products they sell. My first order with XHeli was spare parts for YD811 Golden Scorpion. Though two parts were shipped mistakenly (not the item I ordered), I called the customer service and had the correct parts shipped to me without carge in 5 days.

The price they sell is VERY great and because sparts for each model they sell, mostly, this is the most important thing...though some parts not been restocked yet.......
