"I do not have an order number because Xheli never acknowledged my order. They did hit my credit card however for $19.95. Their customer service is atrocious. They are impossible to get on the phone and they don't respond to email. Their chatline is never manned. In short, buying from Xheli is not a pleasant experience.
In fairness, two previous orders were filled quickly and shipped promptly but this current experience is very unsettling.All I want is the sim software I ordered.

i bought this simm. with all hopes of learning to fly a helicopter . so far all i did was to waste money on it . i can not get the software to load on my computer to use it . i have tried to use the download on two other computers & and same thing , could not use it . i have sent eheli 4 emails about this problem . they have not answered me back . i even asked them to send me the software disk they show on the web page so i could download it .no reply , no nothing . very dissapointed with them & there company! will not order from them again ! "

"I have never ordered from X-Heli until now as I usually frequent my local hobby shop. However, I had wanted the EXI-500CF and none of the locals stock this item. I friend of mine recommended that I check online for it. Doing a search on it via google showed that X-Heli did indeed sell it and for a pretty good price. When I went to the site, I happened to see the 'black friday' add prices and sure enough, the kit i wanted was listed! The entire shopping experience was VERY easy! click, add to cart, checkout. All in all, it took me approximatly 3-4 minutes to have the complete purchase done. Within 5 minutes I had my confirmation email. I had chosen just the standard shipping, and yet they had it packed and shipped within 24 hours. When I received the item and opened the box, I was very pleased with how they had packaged it for shipping. All in all, a very good experience and I plan on purchasing the rest of the items for the kit from X-Heli!"
"My first helicopter is a fixed pitch falcon 40 v2 that I ordered from xheli.com. I've raced rc cars, rc trucks and oval for years but aways wanted to fly heli's. I didnt think I could fly one, but I'm flying (and crashing LOL)! I have only been flying 3 weeks now. This is a great heli for new flyers like me and XHELI has all the parts and mods for it. I have two falcon 40 v2 now, new from XHELI.COM (and love them) and parts to keep flying. If I can fly you can! Buy one today and go flying!
