"First off, the customer service is on point. The computer itself is amazing and I have no complaints about it. Any issues I have is gonna be your typical windows 11 troubleshooting stuff which of course has nothing to do with the computer but the OS. One issue you may face is getting the application to work for the RGB lights on the computer. The app provided by MSI (Not Xotic) is horrible. It maybe best to call MSI if you have trouble but Xotic can also provide support as well.

I got the 3060 TI and its an amazing gpu. Along with my processor, I basically have all my games running in the background, all running at 60fps without any issues. If you are unable to get 60fps, its because the game optimization is horrible and not the fault of the graphics card.

"Update: Customer Service made contact. Not sure if it was this review or the email. CPU out of stock. After nearly two weeks they finally knew this? Going from a KS to a K series, and they promised to expedite the build.
Update2: After an email exchange, there appeared to be movement. Now it's stalled again. Not sure how or why their processes went from Excellent to ****. This will likely be my last order from them.

As a returning customer, found this second order becoming a nightmare.
This order surpassed the email dates of starting progress. The online Order tracking is also more than a week past even getting started. With no updates or progress.

Previous order from 2019 was done exceptionally well. So well, my Father-in-law ordered the same G9 a few months later. Son then ordered a Sager Laptop months after that.

Find it totally poor, with all parts listed as in stock, that there's been no update/progress. And even by their longest time delay, the PC should be here by the 24th of April, but no progress has been made on build.

If they ship me the parts as Ordered, I could have this built in a day.

The reason I started with XoticPC is they had the parts I would use, in the configurations I would do them."
