"Fast order processing,and quick financing"

"Tbh, I was borderline 3-4 stars but eventually decided on 4 since I haven't received my product yet to make my final conclusion. The website design is gorgeous and the utilization of the site and customization of the product is not complex at all, very easy to use. My only gripes so far is not being given an ETA on shipping. Yea it says give them 10-15 business days but they don't tell you that until after you pay for your item. If you know that before you pay for the item then you'll be more tempted to purchase the rush build as I luckily did. My other con was the live chat customer service. I couldn't get thru to talk anyone at all"

"The extra money I put in for a more swift delivery gave me the impression I'd have my purchase within a couple days. Upon further inquiry this is not the case. I would have gone with a more affordable delivery rate. Standard would have been fine had I known my investment would not have made a giant difference in delivery time. Also, the free memory upgrade was confusing as well. Went with 16gb. Should have opted for the 32gb. I'm excited to receive my order. The ordering experience besides the aforementioned scenarios was very pleasant. Very excited for this to arrive!"

"I bought an MSI GP76 Leopard. It took them a week and a half to set it up, and I've no issue with that, but after spending that much time, you'd think it would be done right. It wasn't.

- My SSD storage device was installed but not set up, no problem I guess as went through that with me on the phone and it wasn't that difficult.

- The camera doesn't work at all. It's not set up, it doesn't show up in the device manager, nothing. I tried everything I could find online to try and fix the issue, but nothing has worked because there's literally nothing to fix ... at least according to Windows as it tells me there is no camera installed. I guess the "rigorous testing" wasn't that rigorous or didn't check everything.

- The last thing is the extra $10 I paid for the sliding camera cover ... that literally fell off the first time I touched it. Yes, seriously, it fell off the PC and landed on the keyboard. It's not like I was beating on it, or rough with it, I just touched it ... and off it fell."

My experience with XoticPC has been very good. I will recommend everyone to XOTIC who is looking for a good solid performance gaming pc or laptop. Hands down. The sales guys I spoke to were very helpful and very polite and patient despite the fact that they had other people waiting their turn. The easiest and fastest way to get answers would be thru the chat on the website.

The website can be a bit confusing. Honestly. I started off placing my first order and the next morning looking back over the order, being excited about thenew system, I realized I had ordered some things I either didn’t need or was a mistake. When selecting certain CPUs, they automatically include an AIO water cooler. No need to select it again below (adding an additional cost). Or that certain GPUs require a min PSU for the whole system to work.

As a side complaint, not really a complaint but more of a confused picker selection system, is the lack of showing correct pricing. What I mean by that is… you select your base system, then you select possible upgrades from your base configured system. Okay, that makes sense. They show you the added price “difference.” Okay. But that added pricing I was finding out is the MSRP pricing of that item. Not the pricing difference from the item you’re replacing. That makes me believe they are not giving you the price of the original default pet back to you. I’m going to use the motherboard as an example. The original default MB was an MSI board. No price was given. To upgrade that to a better MB, they offered MSI MPG Edge motherboard for an additional $219. I was finding that exact MB selling for about $219 to $239 everywhere I was looking. The price I was seeing for the default board was $129. So where’s the credit for the original default part I just replaced? The GPU… the default was a GTX1060 with included price. I selected the 3080 which added $1099. I don’t know the brand/manufacturer I can’t be specific on MSRP, but the pictures they have on their website all use EVGA RTX3080, so I looked up the MSRP of their board and it was $1099. Makes sense. But wait, where’s the price credit for replacing that 1060? Looking at the receipt, the base price was $1149 plus all the additional “upgrades.” Okay. Just not understanding it I guess. I chose an upgraded memory which added $69 over the default 8gb super slow memory. Okay, it retails for about $100. The default GPU runs about $100 and the upgraded EVGA 750 was $150, so the $79 added I can accept. The CPU upgrade cost of $399 I can accept as well. The chip MSRP I chose was $349 but the included AIO is what makes it worth it for me. Even if it was just a basic AIO like the Corsair H60, that’s $69 by itself for a 120mm. But they include a 240mm AIO which they charge $120 if you add it. Just be aware that a lot of the upgraded CPUs include their 240mm AIO so there’s no need to add or pay for yet another one. Unless you want to upgrade to the 360mm or doing the custom water loop service. Those you would have to add.

I’m going to say that even with the confusing “picker system” and the lack of showing those credits for those default items being replaced, the overall system price is still in line with most other manufacturers, or cheaper. While considering XoticPC, and being bombarded every day with their adds on Facebook, I considered alternatives. I already have an Alienware desktop and laptop. So I looked at another Alienware. I also looked at Best Buy and prebuilts by CyberPowerPC and iBuyPower, Nzxt, SkyTech, MSI, Asus… the exact same configuration would’ve costed me ALOT more. Similarly configured systems using lesser or older tech ran about the same pricing. The only thing I wish I was able to get was DDR5 memory, then I’d be totally future proofed for a couple years. But no. I could’ve but the sales guys said that it would delay my order a month or more and that I wouldn’t really see a huge performance difference for a while. Instead I put that money into a top tier GPU. Maybe once DDR5 becomes more available this year, I’ll use XoticPC’s upgrade program and pay the price difference and do that later.

I have not received my system yet. They said they have a build time of between 15-20 business days. I just ordered mine a couple days ago. But I have researched them online quite a bit and I’m very happy with the service so far. The sales guys have been great and very helpful.

I totally recommend XoticPC to everyone whose looking for a custom built pc.

And when I found out about this I attempted to cancel the order ONE DAY LATER and they said they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Really??? Only a desperate, corrupt company does this. So now I will notify my credit card company and the BBB and Xoticpc still doesn't do the right thing we have a bulldog litigator that will. "
