"While I'm familiar with building out a PC, I decided this time to order a PC to find out what the fuss is all about. I'm writing this before my unit has been received, but I can say that I was very impressed with the entire ordering process. Configuring a build on the website is a synch for more experienced builders like myself and I wouldn't hesitate to suggest the interface for those who may feel a bit overwhelmed by the shear number of options available and want guidance on what components to and not to select. Support was almost instantaneous either via chat or email, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive answers even after normal working hours. In other words, these folks are proactive when it comes to customer service. I will follow up with an additional review once my build has been received. "
