I order to Xoxide on 06/17/2011,paid a total amount of $59.18 (shipping included)everyday i look to their site to see if theres any progress on my order, but still the order status and the tracking number is still blank. im worried then, i email them asking why my order status and the tracking number is still blank,and how many days will it takes, before my order arrive.but theres no reply from them. as of now 06/22/2011 here on my country,then i look to their site again,im shocked when i saw that they cancelled my order, with no email or call or whatsoever, telling me why they cancelled it. and they didnt give my money back. i email them again asking why they cancelled my order and they should give back my money. but as of now no reply from them.

"I placed an order for 6 items from Xoxide the evenning of 4/28. My order arrived 5/10, which Xoxide swears is within the advertized 5-7 days. Two of the 6 items were incorrect. Xoxide informed me that the correct items would be expedited at no additional cost to me (how nice that I wasn't going to be charged for their mistake!) The expedited items shipped on 5/12, and tracking info says they were delivered on 5/18, which doesn't seem right but I've misplaced my invoices so I'm not sure. And while this was faster than the original shipment, it still isn't as expedited as I've experienced, but whatever.

Bottom line: Xoxide has some very cool items but their concept of expedited shipping is a little questionable and they seem to push the limits of their 5-7 day guarantee, and some of their product advertising is a bit exaggerated, so don't believe everything you read on their website. Even so, Xoxide is a pretty good company."

"Everything with Xoxide went well. Payment and such was good...BUT the delivery time was long and since I ordered a 12in Dual UV Cold Cathode Kit I expected it to be sent in a box with padding for protection. NO..it was sent in a bubble wrap envelope so both UV tubes were crushed and broken.
What intellect made the company think that those would not get broken in such a soft container?
I could rma them but again it takes too long for a replacement and they were only around 12 bucks but still it should of never happened.

"Great customer service and prompt delivery. Shipping & Handling fees are high, though its the same at any other computer mod store. Accidentally shipped me case leds instead of my psu connector kit, so they said to keep the leds, and they shipped my the psu connector kit right away!

"I ordered three bottles of pc water coolant and these guys shipped it in a USPS bubble envelope. WTF this stuff is poisonous and it leaked all in the package. I don't even think you can legally ship liquids, especially poisonous, in an envelope. My friend ordered water tube for them and it looked like the just picked it up off the shop floor. The tube was scared and marked up. People that buy stuff like this are enthusiasts and like to show it off, so ruffed up products shows me these guys don't care much about the customer or the hobby. "
