Xoxide responded very quickly to my RMA request which they denied (Xoxide doesnt grant RMA to water cooling kits, the only RMA you can get is from the company you bought it from). "I ordered the Arctic Cooling NV Silencer 5 Revision 3 -- which is advertised on Xoxide as being compliant with nVidia "GeForce 7800 Series" cards. This VGA cooler is NOT compatible with the AGP version of the card, but Xoxide's website does NOT state this.
Although I brought this matter to their attention in July of 2006, to this day their site STILL lists this item as compatible when it's NOT.
It is one thing to have a typographical error but quite another thing to REFUSE to update their erroneous information -- ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOUR $$$!!!"

"Excellent prices and selection. Great interface to use, simple and easy. I've ordered from Xoxide twice now. Shipping prices are great, way lower than everywhere else. Placed an order yesterday, and decided to get 2nd Day Air shipping because I needed the items soon. Awhile later, I checked xoxide.com, and saw the item was out of stock. I emailed xoxide, and under 5 minutes later, they emailed back saying I bought the last one, it was shipping today, and provided a tracking number showing it would arrive on time. Phenomenal service/support. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to buy parts cheap and fast."
