First time the ordering and shipping was fine, but one item was either damaged in shipment or defective - I contacted Xoxide and they immediately shipped me a replacement (inexpensive item) which arrived and has performed finde [this was a year ago]. I find shopping on their web site to be fast and simple, they offer an excellent variety of shipping methods, they've shipped promptly both times I've ordered, and when I did need Customer Support they were there and they made me happy with no fuss. Their prices, from those I've compared, seem quite competetive, and at this point it would take a significant price difference to convince me to order from a vendor I haven't used or PERSONALLY had good experiences with if Xoxide has the same product. If I'm looking for a product and Xoxide turns up in the search, they'll be one of the first sites I check out!
