"Ordered Panaflo quiet fan, Zalman chipset cooler and a fan rheobus.

Good: I mistakenly ordered two rheobuses, immediately emailed them my mistake, and the order was corrected.

Bad:
1) the correction was never confirmed by email, and I had to wait till I got the product to find out that they had corrected the order.
2) the packing was terrible. The items were bouncing around inside the Priority Mail box they shipped them in, resulting in...
3) a 4 channel rheobus with only 3 working channels.

I have not yet contacted them about it, but so far I have not been impressed.

"I just had an excellent experience with this company. I ordered a number of cold cathode products as well as fans and cables. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I ordered a few products from another website and payed extra for expedited shipping and the xoxide products with standard shipping arrived two days earlier. I ordered a blue UV cold cathode fan and was shipped the standard blue cold cathode fan. I called them up and they used the mistake as an opportunity to make me a satisfied customer. I will definitely purchase from XOXIDE again, and tell all my friends and customers about them!"

"There are a few issues with this company and it's business practices that are worth mentioning to prosepctive buyers. The first issue is inventory: I ordered an item that was listed as in stock on their web site, yet found out later that it was really not in stock. The second issue is with communication. I did not receive any notification that the item I ordered and paid for was not available, and I had to call them direct in PA (a long distance call for me) to find out what was going on and to get them to do something about it. On the positive side, the rep I spoke with sent out the item immediately after we agreed for him to send out the similar model that was in stock but in a different color. I received the item quickly and undamaged, although it was sent in it's original retail packaging with no other protection. The BBB lists this company as having an "unsatisfactory" rating due to unresolved complaints for billing and delivery issues. My experience lends me to believe that this is a legitimate company that is unable to meet the demands of running a large scale ecommerce business. I would recommend caution when doing business with this company."
