"I received the mat, it is exactly what I ordered and what I expected. My only disaapointment that was after I ordered it, I changed my mind. I contacted their customer service department to see if I could order a different size. Even though the mat I had ordered had not yet shipped, they were unable to change the size, said they would send it anyways by I could send it back without a restocking fee.

I will keep it, but really wish they could have allowed a change since the item had not yet shipped. "
