"It's been over 2 weeks and we still don't have even an approved mockup. The web ad says we are supposed to be able to provide camera ready artwork which we submitted. 2 weeks after submitting the artwork, they emailed and said they never received any. A week later the artwork came back to us , completely changed and not very close to what we submitted. Our company is frustrated and ready to go somewhere else, because we have no idea if they'll ever get it close. "
