"Ordering was pretty easy, had to view each of the styles details, going back and forth on sizes, and photos. Mailing was UPS and we have a post office box, so when the delivery was not acknowledged, we called and customer service said the warehouse was trying to contact us; but we got no phone call or email asking for our house address. After that was clarified, they mailed the rug the next day and it took a week. Have it in front of our door; looks very nice; stays in place. Thank you. "
