I have contacted your sales department several times and still no one is able to advise when our order will be complete or sent to us. We paid in advance on our order and we still have not received our correct Argyle mats with the R on it. It is now 03/31/2015 almost 2 months later and still no one has followed up with me by phone or email to advise. Very disappointed with how this is being handled seems no one is interested in taking ownership of not getting this order right or corrected and no one as offered to resolve this open matter. "
