"I ordered two mats, (1) 4x6 and (1) 3x10. It took longer than expected to receive the order. I called and was informed that there had been an problem with production (which I should have been informed of before I placed the call). I received the shipment a few days later, however the 4x6 mat was the only item in the package. When I called customer service about the 3x10 mat, again I was told that there was a problem with production and it would be shipped immediately. My dissatisfaction stems from (1) the lengthy process in receiving an order that was paid for in advance (2) the lack of communication from your company concerning the problems with my order (3) even after speaking with someone almost a week ago, I still don't have my complete order. This is unexceptable especially being a first time customer with your company. I feel that some form of satisfaction is due."
