I ordered this mat on 1/31/2015 and it is now 2/23/2015. We have had a harsh winter in Ma. This year which would account for some delay, but over three weeks?

I ordered 4 mats on 1/15 (XMT-34358). Heard nothing by 1/21, wrote an email and found out that there was a delay in production. No proactive info from vendor. On 1/28 I received a package with 3 mats, but a packing slip for the 4 that I had ordered. Talked to Customer Service on 1/29, and after taking photos and sending them to the vendor, it was determined that 1 of the 3 mats that were sent to me was not one that I had ordered! Customer Service then arranged to send the missing 2 mats that I had ordered. I finally received them on 2/6 (XMT-34713). Then on 2/13 I received an invoice via email charging me for the 2 mats received on 2/6 when I had already paid for the entire order on 1/15, the day that I had placed the original order. Another call to the vendor on 2/13 to straighten out that error!
Too much time elasped from the time I originally ordered, and paid $99, until I received what I had ordered. Also, too much time and effort on my part to find out status and straighten out the vendor mistakes."
"Misleading on web site saying 24 hrs ... which meant to "process" the order. I waited from Jan 30 - Feb 19th for this mat to be delivered. And NEVER at any time did I get updates. I had to call them, and was told 3 different delivery/ship dates ... only the last one was fulfilled as stated. I will not order from them again. They are not the only game in town!"
