"I had a couple of technical issues with the adjustments on the headlights I ordered for my Toyota Tundra, then I called Xtralights and eventually got the answers on how to adjust the headlights from their technical advisor on the phone and had them adjusted a few days ago. The HID lights are very much brighter than the stock one and I can see the road much better now. Overall happy with the customer service and shopping experience so far."

"I ordered a set of HID headlights and LED tail lights for my Dodge Ram 1500. The headlights are absolutely beautiful. The materials and construction get an A+ and the product arrived within 5 days. The HID kit is one of the best quality HID lights I have ever owned and it's really easy to use as well. You just need to remove your factory halogen bulbs and replace the new HID bulbs. No rewiring or fighting to get it in place, just plug in and you're done. The products were so well made, will do business with them again.

"Ordered a replacement bulb for my HID system. After submitting order, disclaimer appeared stating that if my shipping and billing address did not match that my order will be on hold until I call my bank and update or notify them is some way. "Order a full set of LED headlight and taillights for my car and spent well over $700 with Xtralights. When I received the order I receieved the wrong bulbs that I purchased as an upgrade. After several phone calls and follow ups on my part they told me to have the taillights taken out and to take a picture of the socket and bulb. I asked if it wouldn't make better sense to have them contact their supplier and just confirm which exact bulb fits that specific taillight assembly they said it would be easier for me to send them pictures. Problem is that with my car (and a lot others) the whole taillight has to be taken out which is a several hour project. My experience tells me that Xtralights is nothing but a website. They do not actually own on inventory the product and they are not willing to take the time to resolve customer issues if it takes any effort on their part. Even when I spoke to a person in charge (Raul) his solution was for me to send him the bulbs and refund my money which still does not resolve the problem of getting the correct bulbs for the taillight."

"HORRIBLE!!! I ordered two LED interior light kits. The bulbs were wrong, wrong quantities, no CANBUS/ERROR free lights though they say on their website the kit comes with the lights you need. I wish I had listened to the reviews. When I contacted them, their response was rude and unprofessional.

First off, why are you selling an LED KIT to replace all interior lights. Then you send me the wrong LED lights and the wrong quantity. If I wanted to track down each individual bulb I wouldn't be ordering your kit designed for a Mercedes CL550 and Audi Q7. These people are worthless, I hope they go out of business.
What I'm really mad about is the fact that they have bad reviews and their comments on other reviews shows the lack of respect they have for their customers. But I foolishly ordered from them anyway. My mistake! I typically order from iJDMToy I'll stick to them going forward."
"I placed my order for a set of halo fog lights for my 04 expedition on May 25. A week later I checked the web site to find that my order was still in progress and will ship soon. I email to ask why my status reflected this, 2 days later I got an email stating that the order was on back order and will arrive with in 2 days. This never happen so on week 2 I emailed again to be told that my order would be ready the first of the week it would be inspected then ship by the end of the week. On week 3 still no order and the site still says in progress. So I emailed again asking when should I expect shipment since they already charged my account. Very promptly I got an email saying my order has been cancelled that was it no reason why or sorry or anything. So I called to ask why (which I kinda thought it was due to being out of stock, but it would of been nice if they told me). I got someone that didn't say their name and kept me on hold for over 10min. Someone else picked up I gave this person the same info over again to be told "your order was canceled what's the problem" So I ask why was it out of stock. The person said "yes" never said sorry for the delay or anything. So I emailed customer service and ask when was I going to be refunded, again very promptly I got an email stating at the end of that day which was Monday 10th today is Wed 12th. Guess what........ I still have not been refunded."

2. I ordered a pair of headlights that were apparently "out of stock" and needed to be "special ordered". Neither of those situations were listed or communicated to me before or after payment. In fact, you must initiate any and all communications.
The order was made on the 16th of September and on the 18th I initiated a chat with customer service to ask why my item had not been shipped yet. (I had ordered from this company a few years ago the same product but had hoped they got their act together by now, stupid of me)

3. So my question was answered, and my refund initiated. I saw on my account page that the status of my order had been changed to refund within minutes. On the same page it states that refunds can take up to 3 weeks to complete.
4. On October 9th (approx 3 weeks later give or take to account for weekends) I initiated another conversation with customer service chat to ask about the status of my refund.

SO, they had not even processed my refund yet.......I accepted the customer service answer and I waited.
5. AND I waited. It is now Tuesday, 2 weeks after my last conversation with customer service. I still do not have a refund, and their chat service is offline at the moment. If i had thought to copy and paste the message I left them I would paste it here as well, but i did not.
I will never hand another penny to this company and I am suspicious of these other 5 star ratings. Please check more than one source when you read up on this company. Their BBB score is an F."
