"The absolute worst experience I have ever had... Headlights didn't shipped after 1 month and they constantly told me I would in fact receive my order soon but soon discovered they were just stalling because it had been in back order thee ENTIRE Time and did not care to tell me... Asked for refund and have still not seen my closer to $300 dollars that I spent trying to order my headlights... Customer service never picked up, no response to emails... Thinking about contacting their local better business burea."
"Their product is horrible in quality! I bought a set of digital HID kits for close to $300 in Jun 2013, and it's already failing me (one side won't come on from time to time), it's only been 18 months. I bought a $200 non-digital set from them in 2008, it also broke within a year. So this time I'd figure I should get the digital set for better life expectancy. I guess I was wrong!
Also, I bought a set of Kensun HID kit on Amazon for my wife's car. It was only $49, and it's been 2 years and it's still going strong! Check on Amazon for Kensun HID kits, they are great value and apparently longer-lasting than these expensive ones they sell at xtralights.com."

"I will never buy another product from this company again, nonone there knows what there even selling. I bought a HID kit for my truck they shipped them to me and I installed them. (With no directions) but I am a mechanic so it was not that difficult to figure out. When I turned my lights on they flashed 3 time and then went off, I called the (customer service) line and got a woman that kept putting me on hold so she could relay my problem to some one instead of just connecting us to talk. Long story short they sent me another harness because they told me the shipped the wrong one the first time and I installed that one wouldn't you no it did the same thing. These guys are a bunch of morons and imntelling everone that I know to stay clear. I keeping everything because I say the review that some one wrote about returns. I ordered lights froma reputable company instead. STAY AWAY FROM XTRALIGHTS."
"POOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I purchased headlights nearly a month ago and STILL have not received a refund even though I cancelled the order the same day and the items were never shipped.
Originally I was told I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days. Well, 5 phone calls and countless emails later, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK. I was told this matter had been handled each time I called, but for some reason it is "Stuck in accounting."
If you purchase from this retailer and want to return something, be sure you can live without the money you spent originally because CLEARLY there's no getting it back in a timely manner. NEVER AGAIN."
"I am another customer who experienced the worst customer service ever. Bought a set of Halo headlights and taillights for my Toyota 4Runner. Taillights leaked moisture (fogged from inside) right away and 'Halo' lights burned out after only a couple of months on front lights. They kept blowing me off with every attempt for assistance. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. "
"Worst customer service ever!!! After receiving a set of tail lights that were defective they assured me that were warrantied and to return them. I did, following two weeks of nothing I contacted them. They insisted they hadn't received them. I then providing them with the tracking number saying they had been delivered a week prior. Amazingly they showed up an hour later. The following week I get a phone call wanting me to pay for the return shipping. A mere $20 that they couldn't pay for there defective product. Long story short DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE! There solid crooks and care nothing about there costumers. Not to mention unprofessional and rude!"

"As others have mentioned, don't waste your time with this company. I placed my order a week ago and my order still shows as "processing". This would be tolerable if they would have at least responded with an explanation to my inquiries for an update. But as others have stated, all you receive is a canned response that says "We will look into this matter for you, once we have confirmation on your order status, we will update you with an email. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service". So now I am stuck in a nightmare trying to cancel my order. Lesson learned... but rest assured, I will never deal with this company again."

"I am in the process of arguing with these clowns to get my refund. They sold me a set of tail lights that were never in stock. I got the usual run around to delay me as long as possible saying they were waiting on the shipment.
When I contacted them again after waiting for the order to come in they offered me $10 off my order to keep it open with them I said no and I wanted my money back.
Flash to today 3 weeks later I stilk have not received my money back from them and am now opening a claim with my credit card provider and contacting their fraud department.
Stay away from these people!!!!!

"DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a set of tail lights on July 5th since I found this vendor had the cheapest set. Lesson leaned...
After receiving notice that my order would ship in 1-3 days, I waited and waited some more until I finally emailed again on July 14th. I received a response saying I need to contact ****@**** or call ***-***-**** from 10A to 5P pacific time daily.
I emailed the address above and got a response back saying they would look into this matter. I emailed again stating that if I didn't hear back by EOD on the 15th, I would be canceling my order.
Emailed them back on the 15th (since I didn't hear back) and let them know I'd like to cancel my order. I got a response saying "they will process my refund" I emailed back asking when I would be receiving it and got another response saying "1-3 days."
On the 16th I got a notice that the order was canceled. Later that day I got notice the item shipped, and was provided a tracking #. I emailed again and to make sure both the order and shipment were canceled. I got the same canned response back as before "We will cancel your order and process your refund. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service."
I emailed again to find out what was going on and they responded saying "We will gladly offer you a discount to keep this order. We will gladly price match your other order or offer you a $10.00 discount." I responded with "absolutely not" and got this back "We will cancel your order and process your refund. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service."
I checked back for the next several days and still no refund. Today I opened a PayPal dispute with these incompetent people."
