"I am not sure how this company can have a 7 something rating. But I am sure I will not give this company a high mark. Their prices might be cheap but I suspect this could be a tool to draw customers. They charged you immediately but shipped very very.....late. Here is my experience.
I ordered a Gigabyte Radeon 9550 video card from them on 4/22/05. It clearly said 9550 on their website. But when I received my invoice, it said 9550SE which is a cheaper version. So I checked the site again. It still said 9550 but in the item description, it said 64bit which means 9550SE. 9550 is 128bit. The page was misleading. I should've cancelled the order right away but I didn't because I knew 9550SE can be flashed to 9600. So I let it go this time. However, on the order status page, the expected ship date was 4/25. I didn't hear anything on 4/27. I called them but no one picked up the phone. Emailed them but got no reply. But in the email I threatened that I will call my bank to void the transaction if i don't hear back from them by the end of tomorrow. The next day, i called them 9:10am PST and still no one picked up the phone. But 2 minutes later, my order status page mysteriously said the order FINALLY submitted to sales department. Apparently someone DO work there but just don't have the guts to pick up the phone to face the customers. Anyway, I wonder that they actually don't have anything in stock. That's why they got your money right away, then use your money to buy from someone else. if they can't get it, they just ignore your order or until you pushed them, they will tell you the order is cancelled or backordered. I will give them another week. they might just simply say the order is submitted to the shipping department. What a c_r_a_p! Some people here might get lucky to have a good shopping experience with this company. But with the numerous amount of dissatisfied people here, it's better safe than sorry. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

After I submitted this review (4/29/2005), I finally got an email from their sales dept. They apologized for the confusion caused by the wrong info on the invoice. And they admitted that their UPS system was down on Monday and the package was shipped on the same day. Also, I received my package on 4/29. I was happy because I finally got my package. They also called to make sure everything was fine on my side and apologized again. I got another email the next day in which they apologized again.
Final comment:
After I submitted my review to resellerratings.com, they finally contacted me. I am satisfied the way they handled the situation and showed they were sorried. However, all these fiasco could be avoided if they could send emails to customers once they found out their UPS system was down. Also, there should be someone to answer the phone when the customers needed them. However, I called them 3 times on different times and no one answered. They could've done better in the first place."

Xtreme Gear -- Saved the day!!
I'm a IT manager and "Maximun PC" hardcore reader. With that said, I embarked on my 2005 PC upgrade only to be let down by a major PC distributer (CDW). I had all of my parts from them which included a ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe
motherboard, 4 WD 74 GB SATA Raptors, and a All-In-Wonder X600 (for now). They had my AMD FX-55 on backorder and could not give me a definate date. What did I do after drooling over my parts with no brain ...? I cancelled the remaining of the order and called upon "XTREME GEAR"!!.
