"By far the worst experience I have had with an online retailer. On 12/21/04 I placed an order for a ATI Radeon x800 pro 256 retail box video card. They shipped out some type of oem card, which upon receipt, I contacted them, obtained an RMA and by 1/3/05 they had received back the inferior product which they had intentionally and knowingly shipped to me. After speaking with one of their 'managers' on 1/5/05, it became clear that the company had intentionally committed fraud by shipping a lesser product, and I demanded that they refund the purchase price plus the price of return shipping. I heard nothing from the company, and so filed a complaint with the BBB concerning the false advertising and failure to refund my money as they has agreed to do on 1/5/05. Finally, on 2/21/05, two months from the date I originally placed the order, the company refunded the purchase price plus some of the return shipping.

I had built a system from parts I purchased from this company about 1.5 years ago and was pleased with the price and transaction, which is the reason I chose this company to purchase this high end video card from this time. However, based on the misleading advertisement and extremely horrible customer service, and the fact that it took them 6 weeks to refund money in a case where they were at fault in the transaction, I will never purchase from this company again, and would strongly recommend not purchasing from this company.
